small family-run campsite welcomes you just steps from the charming medieval village of
Poncin.

Nestled between greenery, riverside and walking trails, Camping L’Aincontournable welcomes you in a friendly, authentic and family-oriented atmosphere. Whether you're staying in a tent, campervan or one of our fully equipped chalets, you'll enjoy a quiet, shaded environment just a few meters from the Ain River.
Our goal? To offer you a peaceful stay, close to nature, with all the comfort needed to fully enjoy your holiday — as a couple, with family or friends.

📍 How to Access the Campsite
Camping L’Aincontournable is located just 2 minutes by car from Poncin town center, in the Ain department (01). Easily accessible from the A40 or A42 highways, it is ideally situated between nature, river, and local amenities.
Once on site, you can do everything on foot or by bike: swimming, restaurants, hiking, sightseeing, and local markets.
